Gill Instruments are proud to sponsor the upcoming International Society of Acoustic Remote Sensing,‘ISARS 2014’ symposium to be held in New Zealand from 28-31 January 2014.
The event which is now in its 17th year will focus on a wide range of topics including turbulence, fluxes and temperature profiling, field observations and wind energy.
As part of their range of ultrasonic anemometers, Gill produces some of the world’s leading reference grade 3-axis anemometers, which are used in a variety of profiling and monitoring applications from wind prospecting sites to carbon flux networks.
Richard McKay, Product Manager at Gill Instruments comments “Gill has a reputation for supplying quality, ground truth products for remote sensing applications and has long standing relationships with many commercial and government organisations in the industry. It is exciting to see the expansion by ISARS into all aspects of wind energy, including wind prospecting and nacelle orientation and I wish them all the best for the upcoming conference.”
